9. SMS / Text Messaging
YardPro sends SMS text messages to (a) account holders for transactional purposes such as account notifications, appointment reminders, and service updates; and (b) prospective customers who request information or a demo through a YardPro web form or a YardPro official social-media (e.g., Facebook/Instagram) lead form, for conversational sales follow-up, scheduling a demo, and related promotional offers about YardPro.
How we obtain consent: You opt in by submitting your phone number through a YardPro form that includes a clear disclosure that you agree to receive SMS from YardPro. SMS consent is not a condition of any purchase. We obtain consent directly from you and do not message individuals whose information was obtained from third-party lists, lead brokers, or affiliates.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you'll get one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt back in. Reply HELP or email support@yardpro.com for help.
Data sharing: YardPro does not sell, share, or rent your SMS opt-in data or phone number to any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties.
